The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that S1, firstly, after a lower forming cylinder moves to the bottoms of the outer sides of an anti-overflow main plate and an anti-overflow auxiliary plate, under pulling of an adaptive spring, the anti-overflow main plate and the anti-overflow auxiliary plate can be attached to the inner wall of the lower forming cylinder, and the method adapts to telegraph poles of different specifications; s2, then, when filling and moving are carried out at the same time, an anti-overflow primary plate and an anti-overflow secondary plate can be continuously attached to the inner wall of a lower forming cylinder under the action of an adaptive spring, so that concrete can be effectively prevented from overflowing, and sufficient filling is guaranteed; the manufacturing time of the telegraph pole is overall shortened, the manufacturing efficiency is improved, deformation of the lower forming cylinder and the upper forming cylinder caused by collision can be prevented through small-range movement, concrete can be prevented from being solidified before centrifugation, and therefore the quality of the cement telegraph pole is guaranteed, and the service life of the cement telegraph pole is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种抗开裂的水泥电杆制作方法及其水泥电杆,包括如下步骤:S1、首先,在下成型筒移动到防溢正板和防溢副板的外侧底部后,在适应弹簧的拉动下,防溢正板和防溢副板会贴合在下成型筒的内壁,适应不同规格的电线杆;S2、接着,一边填料一边移动时,在适应弹簧的作用下防溢正板和防溢副板会不断的贴合在下成型筒的内壁,从而可以有效的防止混凝土外溢,进而保证充足填料;本发明整体的对电线杆制造时间进行降低,提升制造效率,并且在小范围移动可以防止磕碰导致下成型筒和上成型筒变形,而且可以防止混凝土在离心前就凝固,从而保证水泥电线杆的品质和质量,从而延长管水泥电线杆的使用寿命。
