The invention relates to a fabricated tower foot anchoring device and anchoring method.The anchoring device comprises a plurality of tower foot parts, each tower foot part comprises a stand column, a plurality of anchoring parts are arranged on the periphery of the lower portion of each stand column, each anchoring part is correspondingly provided with a distribution beam, and the distribution beams clamp and fix the anchoring parts through a plurality of anchoring prestressed tendons; the anchoring prestressed tendons are pre-buried in the foundation, at least one anchoring part in the tower foot component is connected with a limiting key, and one end of the limiting key is pre-buried in the foundation. The tower foot components are clamped through the anchoring prestressed tendons and the distribution beams, the anchoring prestressed tendons are embedded in the foundation, the tower foot components are not embedded in the foundation, the tower foot components can be repeatedly used, the cost is reduced, when the tower foot components are anchored through the anchoring prestressed tendons, the anchoring prestressed tendons can deform along with stress of the tower, and therefore the stress concentration phenomenon of the tower foot components is relieved, and the service life of the tower foot components is prolonged. The tower foot part resists shearing force through the limiting key, the tower foot part is prevented from moving transversely, and the fabricated tower foot anchoring device is simple in structure, convenient to use and good in effect.
本发明关于一种装配式塔脚锚固装置和锚固方法,锚固装置包括若干个塔脚部件,塔脚部件包括立柱,立柱的下部四周设有若干个锚固部,锚固部对应设有一个分配梁,分配梁通过若干个锚固预应力筋卡紧固定锚固部,锚固预应力筋预埋于基础中,塔脚部件中至少一个锚固部连接有限位键,限位键的一端预埋于基础中。本发明塔脚部件通过锚固预应力筋和分配梁卡紧,锚固预应力筋埋入基础中,塔脚部件未埋入基础中,能够重复利用,降低成本,塔脚部件采用锚固预应力筋锚固时,锚固预应力筋可随塔架受力而发生形变,从而缓解塔脚部件应力集中的现象,塔脚部件通过限位键进行抗剪切力,防止塔脚部件横向移动,该装配式塔脚锚固装置结构简单,使用方便,效果良好。
