The preparation method of the modified recycled aggregate comprises the following steps: soaking the recycled aggregate in a nano silicon dioxide solution for the first time, and setting an electric field in the solution; removing the nano silicon dioxide solution, and adding a magnesium oxide solution for soaking; and removing the magnesium oxide solution, soaking the recycled aggregate in the nano silicon dioxide solution for the second time, and heating to 40-95 DEG C to obtain the modified recycled aggregate. The invention also provides a production device of the modified recycled aggregate, the modified recycled aggregate and recycled aggregate concrete. According to the preparation method, the modification period is short, the production efficiency is greatly improved, industrial production is guaranteed, the water absorption rate and the crushing index of the prepared modified recycled aggregate are greatly reduced, the apparent density of the modified recycled aggregate is improved, and the modified recycled aggregate has an excellent application prospect.
