The invention discloses a preparation method of a toughened ceramic sheet for microcrystalline glass, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic product manufacturing processes. The invention provides the preparation method for producing the toughened ceramic sheet for the microcrystalline glass, which has excellent machining performance and obviously improved toughness performance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding not less than 5wt% of cordierite microcrystalline glass powder into a pretreated ceramic raw material, and adding aluminum oxide ceramic balls and water into a mixture of the ceramic raw material and the cordierite microcrystalline glass powder according to the ratio of the ceramic raw material to the cordierite microcrystalline glass powder to the aluminum oxide ceramic balls to the water being 1: 2: 1.5; the preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the raw materials in a ball milling tank for 1-2 hours to obtain ceramic slurry, carrying out spray granulation on the ceramic slurry to obtain ceramic granulation powder with the water content of 5-8%, sieving the ceramic granulation powder through a 100-200-mesh sieve, carrying out dry pressing molding on the sieved ceramic granulation powder to obtain a ceramic sheet green body, and carrying out glue discharging, pre-sintering, high-temperature sintering, quenching and slow cooling to obtain a finished product.
本发明公开了一种用于微晶玻璃增韧陶瓷薄板的制备方法,属于陶瓷品制造工艺技术领域。提供一种可生产机械加工性能优良,韧性性能明显提高的用于微晶玻璃增韧陶瓷薄板的制备方法。所述的制备方法通过向预处理后的陶瓷原材料中加入不低5wt%的堇青石微晶玻璃粉体,并按陶瓷原材料+堇青石微晶玻璃粉体﹕氧化铝瓷球﹕水=1﹕2﹕1.5的比例向陶瓷原材料+堇青石微晶玻璃粉体混合料中加入氧化铝瓷球和水,然后在球磨罐内研磨1~2h获得陶瓷浆料,接着对陶瓷浆料进行喷雾造粒获得到含水率为5~8%的陶瓷造粒粉体,并经过100~200目筛网过筛,然后将过筛陶瓷造粒粉体干压成型获得陶瓷薄板生坯,再经排胶、预烧结、高温烧结、急冷和缓冷获得制成品。
