The invention relates to the technical field of carbon/carbon composite materials, in particular to a preparation method of a carbon/carbon thermal field composite material, the carbon/carbon thermal field composite material and application of the carbon/carbon thermal field composite material. The preparation method of the carbon/carbon thermal field composite material comprises the following steps that carbon fiber powder, a recarburization material, a liquid binder and an organic solvent are mixed to prepare a mixture, and the mixture comprises, by mass, 5%-30% of the carbon fiber powder, 30%-60% of the recarburization material, 10%-30% of the liquid binder and 1%-5% of the organic solvent; and carrying out cold press molding, curing treatment and carbonization treatment on the mixture to prepare the carbon/carbon thermal field composite material. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, and the prepared carbon/carbon thermal field composite material has the advantages of low density, high compressive strength, good heat-conducting property and long service life.
本发明涉及碳/碳复合材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种碳/碳热场复合材料的制备方法、碳/碳热场复合材料及其应用。本发明的碳/碳热场复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将碳纤维粉末、增碳材料、液态粘结剂和有机溶剂混合,制备混合物,以质量百分比计,所述混合物包括5%~30%的碳纤维粉末,30%~60%的增碳材料,10%~30%的液态粘结剂以及1%~5%的有机溶剂;对所述混合物进行冷压成型、固化处理和碳化处理,制备所述碳/碳热场复合材料。本发明的制备方法工艺简单,制得的碳/碳热场复合材料具有密度低、抗压强度高、导热性能好且使用寿命长的优势。
