The method comprises the following steps that S1, a single-side bracket is constructed on the main bridge side of a capping beam; s2, a T-beam is installed on the bridge approach side of the bent cap, the T-beam is directly placed on a support arranged above the bent cap, after the support is installed, the position and the elevation of the support are rechecked, whether installation of the support is qualified or not is checked, and the T-beam is installed after the installation of the support is qualified; s3, a bracket is installed on the main bridge side of the bent cap, and a bracket is installed at the bracket position; s4, pre-pressing the bracket; s5, after a cast-in-place box beam installation formwork and a top plate support system are erected, concrete pouring is conducted, and after a T beam is installed, a section of post-cast strip is arranged in the construction space occupying original prestressed tendons; s6, pre-stress construction is conducted, specifically, after concrete pouring and curing reach the designed age, pre-stress construction is conducted; s7, post-cast strip construction; and S8, the support system is dismantled.
