According to the gate assembly, a steel wire rope can be controlled by the driving assembly to rotate in a reciprocating mode, then elements in the steel wire rope are driven to work, the temperature of the upstream face of the gate is increased by means of friction heat generation, ice on the gate can be rapidly separated from the gate, and therefore the gate is prevented from being frozen; the gate groove frame is heated in an electromagnetic induction heating mode, so that opening and closing of the gate are prevented from being influenced by freezing of the gate groove frame, the situation that the gate is inconvenient to influence due to freezing is effectively prevented, and normal operation of the gate in winter is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种摩擦化冰式防冻水利闸门,包括闸门架,闸门架包括上横架、下横架和门槽架,还包括:闸门组件,门槽防冻组件,驱动组件,启闭调节组件,闭合限位组件。本发明设置的闸门组件,可以利用驱动组件控制钢丝绳进行往复转动,进而带动其内部的元件进行工作,进而利用摩擦生热的方式,提高闸门迎水面的温度,使闸门上的结冰能够快速与闸门分离,从而防止闸门冻结,并通过门槽防冻组件,利用电磁感应加热的方式对门槽架进行加热,进而避免门槽架结冰而影响闸门的启闭,从而有效的防止因冻结而造成闸门影响不便的情况发生,保证闸门在冬季的正常运行。
