The invention discloses a pile foundation construction method for soil-squeezing piles and non-soil-squeezing piles in a soft soil area, and relates to the technical field of constructions.The pile foundation construction method comprises the steps that before pile foundation construction in the soft soil area, a BIM pile foundation geology model and a pile foundation finite element model are established, and the pile length, a bearing stratum and the soil-squeezing effect condition are analyzed; then pile foundation construction is deployed in combination with an analysis result, and a BIM construction site plane arrangement model is established; and finally, pile foundation construction is conducted under the condition that measures of reducing and monitoring the soil squeezing effect are taken, pile foundation construction deployment is dynamically adjusted according to the monitoring result till pile foundation construction is finished, in this way, the influence of the soil squeezing effect is reduced as much as possible, the construction period is not delayed, and pile foundation deviation and treatment cost caused by the soil squeezing effect are reduced.
