Plugging structure of downcast tube well and construction method thereof
The invention provides a plugging structure of a downcast tube well and a construction method of the plugging structure. The plugging structure comprises finished waterproof concrete arranged in the downcast tube well and below the bottom plate part and a plugging assembly arranged on the bottom plate part. The top surface of the finished product waterproof concrete is not higher than the lower surface of the bottom plate part, and a gap of 5-8cm is reserved between the outer side surface of the finished product waterproof concrete and the inner wall of the downcast tube well; the plugging assembly comprises a rubber waterproof isolation layer, finished micro-expansive concrete and an annular water stop steel plate. Gaps among the finished waterproof concrete, the finished micro-expansive concrete and the downcast tube well are filled by grouting; a first water stop steel plate is fully welded at the position, 3-5 cm higher than the upper surface of the bottom plate part, of the downcast tube well. A large amount of finished concrete is used, the problems of quicksand and holes possibly caused by cast-in-place are reduced, the strength of the plugging structure is improved, meanwhile, the multiple stages of water stop steel plates are used for effective water stop and seepage prevention, and plugging can be completed through one-time grouting.
本发明提供了一种降水管井的封堵结构及其施工方法。所述封堵结构包括降水管井内部、底板部下方设置的成品防水混凝土以及底板部设置的封堵组件;成品防水混凝土的顶面不高于底板部的下表面,其外侧面与降水管井的内壁之间预留5~8cm的间隙;封堵组件包括橡胶防水隔离层、成品微膨胀混凝土和环形止水钢板。成品防水混凝土、成品微膨胀混凝土与降水管井之间的间隙注浆填充;降水管井在超出所述底板部上表面3~5cm处满焊第一止水钢板。本发明大量使用成品混凝土减少现场浇筑可能出现的流砂、孔洞问题,提高封堵结构的强度,同时利用多级止水钢板进行有效止水和防渗,并实现一次注浆即可完成封堵。
