The invention discloses a bag-type high-pressure water supply tank and a water supply system, the bag-type high-pressure water supply tank comprises a tank body, the upper end and the lower end of the tank body are respectively provided with interface flanges for water outlet and water inlet, and the interface flanges are externally connected with connecting flanges; the air bag is made of an elastic piece and arranged in the tank body, and the two ends of the air bag extend to the positions between the connector flanges and the connecting flanges at the upper end and the lower end of the tank body respectively; the water injection pipe is arranged at the interface flange at the lower end of the tank body, and a gap is formed between the water injection pipe and the interface flange; a water injection hole extending into the air bag is formed in the water injection end of the water injection pipe; and the pressurizing opening is formed in the tank body and is used for pressurizing and injecting air between the tank body and the air bag. Compared with the prior art, the device has the beneficial effects that the structural mode that water enters from the lower end and flows out from the upper end is adopted, the specific installation mode of the air bag is optimized, the air bag is stably and firmly installed, meanwhile, high sealing performance is achieved, the risk that the air bag blocks a water opening is reduced by arranging the corresponding water injection pipe, and the air bag is prevented from being broken.
