The pipeline dredging device can adapt to various pipelines and inspection wells for dredging, the switch mechanism can control the lifting rod and the limiting frame to be adjusted in a matched mode to rotate, so that the open position of the wall scraping plate is not shielded or shielded, sludge can be prevented from falling down in the shielded state, and entering of sludge on the lower side of the pipeline cannot be affected if the lifting rod is not shielded; therefore, efficient dredging treatment can be carried out on pipelines and inspection wells of different sizes.
