A plurality of air nozzles are distributed on the circumferential face, between the chain and the walking system, of the rotating head, air spraying holes are formed in the circumferential face positions of the same sides of the air nozzles, and a propelling spraying hole is formed in the end, away from the rotating head, of the tail ventilation pipe. The tail ventilation pipe is provided with a rotating system gas conveying pipe which penetrates through the interior of the main framework and is used for supplying gas to the gas nozzles and a propelling system gas conveying pipe communicated with the propelling spraying holes, and the tail end of the rotating system gas conveying pipe and the tail end of the propelling system gas conveying pipe are both communicated with an air compressor; the device has the advantages of being not limited by various external environments and convenient to clean.
