The invention discloses a slag removal device for a sewage pipeline. The slag removal device comprises a rotating shaft; the spiral drill bit is fixedly arranged at one end of the rotating shaft; the driving wheel set is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and tightly attached to one side of the spiral drill bit; the positioning wheel set is rotationally connected to the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and tightly attached to one side of the spiral drill bit; the motor is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate; and the water spraying assembly is used for dispersing the sediments drilled by the spiral drill bit and flushing the sediments out of the pipeline. The spiral drill bit and the driving wheel set are fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft, the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, then the rotating shaft drives the spiral drill bit and the driving wheel set to rotate, and the driving wheel set converts part of rotating motion into movement in the axis direction of the rotating shaft in the rotating process; therefore, the rotating shaft and the spiral drill bit are driven to move, the spiral drill bit can do tunneling motion, and tunneling of the spiral drill bit driven by one motor is achieved.
