The invention provides a manufacturing method of a building component and a building construction method.The manufacturing method of the building component comprises the steps that a prefabricated floor slab and air conditioning equipment are prepared in a non-building construction site, the prefabricated floor slab is provided with a disassembly-free bottom formwork, and the prefabricated floor slab can form a floor slab through on-site concrete pouring; and air conditioning equipment is installed on the side, facing the indoor space, of the non-dismantling bottom formwork, and a building component is formed. According to the manufacturing method of the building component provided by the embodiment of the invention, the integration level of the building component is greatly improved, and the efficiency of the building component in the aspects of transportation and hoisting is greatly improved; meanwhile, the air conditioning equipment does not need to be integrally constructed on a construction site, that is, the method does not need to manually construct the air conditioning equipment through professional installation workers after concrete is poured, shaped and demoulded on the construction site; the method can greatly reduce the number of constructors required by a construction site, reduce the site construction difficulty and improve the quality of building products.
