The invention provides a prefabricated external envelope system, a prefabricated structure, a building and a construction method. The prefabricated external envelope system comprises a prefabricated external wall panel and a plurality of hanging base assemblies used for being installed on the outer surface of an external wall. The prefabricated external wall panel comprises a hanging piece used in cooperation with the hanging base assembly, and the hanging piece is arranged on the surface of the side, close to the external wall, of the integrated external wall panel. The hanging piece is used for being connected with the hanging base assembly. According to the prefabricated external envelope system provided by the embodiment of the invention, a traditional bonding anchoring mode is abandoned, hanging connection is carried out based on the hanging connection base assembly and the hanging connection piece, reliable connection can be formed between the prefabricated external wall panel and the external wall, and the risks of cracking, hollowing, falling off and the like of the wall panel are not likely to be caused; and the construction procedures are few, on-site wet pasting operation is avoided, installation can be completed only by hanging the prefabricated external wall panel on the surface of the external wall where the hanging base assembly is fixed to be fixed, construction manpower input is small, and maintenance and replacement are easy.
