The invention relates to the technical field of scaffolds, in particular to a safe and intelligent scaffold portal structure which comprises two vertical frames, a base, a movable seat, a guide rail and a sliding seat, the two vertical frames are arranged side by side, the tops of the two vertical frames are fixedly connected through a transverse frame, and the bottoms of the two vertical frames are connected with the base; the guide rail is arranged on the side face of the vertical frame, a sliding groove is formed in the guide rail, and the sliding base is installed in the sliding groove and moves in the length direction of the sliding groove. A bearing plate is arranged on the side, back on to the vertical frame, of the sliding base and connected with a pedal of the scaffold. A storage seat is arranged on the lower portion of the base, a storage groove is formed in the storage seat, and the movable seat is arranged in the storage groove; according to the scaffold portal frame provided by the invention, the overall movement is realized by arranging the moving seat, so that the position can be conveniently changed and adjusted on a construction site; meanwhile, the sliding seat is further arranged, the sliding seat can drive the pedal between the scaffolds to change the height, and construction is facilitated.
