The invention relates to a construction device for integral forming of a radiation protection wall of a medical radiation department. The construction device comprises a steel formwork system, an operation platform system, a hydraulic lifting system and a portal supporting system. The portal supporting systems are installed on the two sides of the steel formwork system, the hydraulic lifting systems are arranged in the middles of the portal supporting systems and located on the top of the steel formwork system, and the operation platform system is located on one sides of the portal supporting systems. After concrete is poured to a certain strength, one-time sliding lifting is carried out through a hydraulic lifting system, then oil return is controlled through a control console, next-time sliding lifting is prepared, and a concrete structure is formed at a time along with a sliding formwork through repeated sliding lifting till the formwork is lifted to the designed height; the whole device slides upwards along a supporting rod of a hydraulic lifting system through the hydraulic lifting system of the device, and concrete is continuously poured after adjustment and is continuously circulated. The method has the characteristics of being high in industrialization degree, fast in construction progress, good in structural integrity, high in safety coefficient, convenient to operate and the like.
本发明涉及一种医疗放射科室防辐射墙体整体成型的施工装置,包括钢模板系统、操作平台系统、液压提升系统、门架支撑系统;门架支撑系统安装在钢模板系统两侧,门架支撑系统的中部设有液压提升系统,液压提升系统位于钢模板系统顶部,操作平台系统位于门架支撑系统一侧;混凝土浇筑至一定强度后,通过液压提升系统进行一次滑升,再通过控制台控制回油并准备下一次滑升,通过反复滑升直至将模板提升到设计高度,混凝土结构跟随滑动模板一次成型;通过自身液压提升系统将整个装置沿液压提升系统的支承杆向上滑升,调整后又继续浇筑混凝土并不断循环的一个过程。本发明具有工业化程度较高、施工进度快、结构整体性好、安全系数高、操作方便等特点。
