Vision-based historic building restoration method
The invention relates to a vision-based ancient building restoration method, which comprises the following steps of: performing three-dimensional modeling on an ancient building through a three-dimensional modeling system, and calculating a cutting path of a wire saw cutting device on the ancient building according to a three-dimensional model; the upper clamp and the lower clamp are clamped and fixed to the upper end and the lower end of the historic building correspondingly, the interior of the flexible clamping bag is inflated, so that the inner side wall of the flexible clamping bag is attached to the outer wall of the historic building, and then the flexible clamping bag is filled with sand; and cutting the interior of the to-be-repaired ancient building according to the calculated cutting path. Filling fillers such as concrete and gel into the ancient building to replace the rotten and fragile interior of the ancient building; in the process of cutting the interior of the historic building, the flexible clamping bag is inflated and deformed to be attached to the surface of the historic building, and then the flexible clamping bag is filled with sand, so that the flexible clamping bag and the sand are matched to wrap the outer surface of the historic building, and damage to the outer surface of the historic building caused by vibration in the cutting process is avoided.
本发明涉及一种基于视觉的古建筑修复方法,通过三维建模系统对古建筑进行三维建模,根据三维模型计算出线锯切割装置对古建筑的切割路径;上夹具、下夹具分别夹持固定在古建筑上下两端,对柔性夹袋内部进行充气,使得柔性夹袋内侧壁贴合在古建筑外壁,之后对柔性夹袋内部填充沙子;根据计算出的切割路径对待修复的古建筑内部进行切割。之后对古建筑内部填充混凝土、凝胶等填充物,替换早已腐烂、脆弱的古建筑内部;在对古建筑内部切割的过程中,通过柔性夹袋充气变形贴合至古建筑表面,再往柔性夹袋内部填充沙子,从而柔性夹袋和沙子配合包裹住古建筑外表面,避免切割过程中的震动造成古建筑外表面的损伤。
