The invention discloses a wetting tower, a drying-free granulation system and application of the drying-free granulation system. The wetting tower comprises a cyclone blanking device, a wetting unit and/or a turbulent flow injection device, the cyclone discharging device is arranged at the top of the wetting tower and comprises an outer volute structure, an inner volute structure and material guiding blades, the interior of each material guiding blade is evenly distributed along a volute curve, one part of materials spirally descend along the volute curve under the action of centrifugal force, and the other part of materials are internally discharged through gaps of the material guiding blades. A dispersion blanking area is formed; the wetting unit comprises a plurality of atomizing spray guns which are arranged at the top of the wetting tower and extend to the middle of the wetting tower, one atomizing spray gun is arranged in the center, and at least four atomizing spray guns are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction; therefore, water mist is uniformly dispersed, and water and materials are fully exchanged; the turbulent flow injection device is arranged on the middle lower portion of the wetting tower and provided with an annular air inlet pipe, and multi-point injection air pipes are arranged in the circumferential direction of the annular air inlet pipe so as to form a turbulent flow injection nucleation area. According to the system, the powder drying production link is omitted, natural gas drying is not needed any more, meanwhile, the technological process is simplified, and the investment cost is also saved.
本发明公开一种润湿塔、免烘干造粒系统及其应用。该润湿塔包括旋风下料装置、润湿单元和/或紊流喷吹装置;旋风下料装置设置在润湿塔顶部,旋风下料装置包括外蜗壳结构、内蜗壳结构、以及内部沿蜗壳曲线均布的导料叶片,一部分物料在离心力作用下沿蜗壳曲线呈螺旋式下降,另一部分物料则通过导料叶片的间隙完成内下料,形成弥散下料区域;润湿单元包括设置在润湿塔顶部、延伸至润湿塔中部的若干雾化喷枪,雾化喷枪的分布为:中心设置一个、圆周方向均匀分布至少4个;以使水雾均匀散开,水和物料充分交换;紊流喷吹装置设置在润湿塔中下部,具有环形进风管,沿环形进风管圆周方向布置多点喷吹风管,以形成紊流喷吹成核区域。本发明系统省去了粉料烘干生产环节,不再需要天然气烘干,同时,简化了工艺流程,也节约了投资成本。
