The invention relates to a steel tower section structure and an assembly process thereof. The steel tower section structure is formed by welding a pair of symmetrically arranged steel tower section units. The device is characterized by comprising an upper wall plate, a lower wall plate, a side wall plate, a corner wall plate, a partition plate, a web plate and a cylinder, the specific assembling process comprises the steps that S1, the jig frame is arranged; s2, splicing of a lower wall plate; s3, the corner wall plates and the edge partition plates are spliced; s4, the cylinders are spliced; s5, the web plates are spliced; s6, middle partition plates and side wall plates are assembled; s7, integrally assembling and welding; the middle steel tower sections are of a symmetrically-arranged structure, the number of special-shaped parts is small, the machining efficiency is high, and rapid forming of plates can be conveniently achieved. Besides, the half steel tower sections are assembled and welded synchronously in a symmetrical assembling and welding mode, and finally the two half steel tower sections are assembled and welded, so that integral assembling and welding are completed, the assembling efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the mutual comparison and verification process can be achieved in the synchronous machining process, and the subsequent detection time is shortened.
本发明涉及一种钢塔节段结构及其拼装工艺,该钢塔节段结构为一对对称设置的钢塔节段单元焊接形成;其特征在于:包括上壁板、下壁板、侧壁板、角壁板、隔板、腹板和圆筒;具体拼装工艺为:S1:胎架设置;S2:下壁板的拼装;S3:角壁板及边缘隔板的拼装;S4:圆筒的拼装;S5:腹板的拼装;S6:中间隔板及侧壁板的拼装;S7:整体组焊;中钢塔节段采用对称设置的结构,异型部件少,加工效率高,可便于实现快速完成板材的成型;此外,采用对称装焊的方式同步进行半个钢塔节段的装焊,最后再将两个半钢塔节段进行组焊,完成整体的装焊,极大的提高了拼装效率,同时在同步加工的过程中可实现相互对比校验的过程,减少后续的检测时间。
