The invention relates to an operating device for switching modes of an aircraft cabin door, comprising a handle assembly comprising an operating handle and a handle shaft, the operating handle being operable to move to an emergency position or a non-emergency position, and the handle shaft being rotatable in response to the movement of the operating handle; the connecting rod assembly comprises a lower rocker arm, a connecting rod, an upper rocker arm and a middle shaft, and the lower rocker arm transmits rotation of the handle shaft to the upper rocker arm through the connecting rod, so that the upper rocker arm can rotate together with the middle shaft; the anti-misoperation assembly moves between the locking position and the unlocking position, and the connecting rod assembly is configured to enable the anti-misoperation assembly to move between the locking position and the unlocking position during the period that the control handle moves from the emergency position to the non-emergency position and the period that the control handle moves from the non-emergency position to the emergency position. The upper rocker arm of the linkage assembly and the intermediate shaft initially rotate in the same direction, and the anti-misoperation assembly prevents rotation of the intermediate shaft in the same direction in the locked position.
