Method for synergistically preparing cementing material by overall detoxification of secondary aluminum ash of cyanidation tailings
The invention belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection and treatment, and relates to a method for synergistically preparing a cementing material through integral detoxification of cyanidation tailings and secondary aluminum ash. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out partial decyanation treatment on cyanidation tailings by utilizing sulfur dioxide tail gas through an inconel method to obtain decyanation tailings; and mixing the decyanation tailings with desulfurized gypsum, secondary aluminum ash and a correction material, and calcining to obtain a sulphoaluminate cementing material clinker and the sulfur dioxide tail gas. The method provided by the invention not only can realize integral detoxification of the secondary aluminum ash of the cyanidation tailings and simultaneously prepare the cementing material, but also can recover noble metals in the cyanidation tailings, so that the cyanidation tailings and the secondary aluminum ash develop towards a harmless, large-scale and recycling path.
本发明属于资源综合利用和环境保护治理技术领域,涉及一种氰化尾渣二次铝灰整体脱毒协同制备胶凝材料的方法。利用二氧化硫尾气通过因科法对氰化尾渣进行部分脱氰处理,获得脱氰尾渣;将脱氰尾渣与脱硫石膏、二次铝灰、校正料混合后煅烧获得硫铝酸盐胶凝材料熟料和所述二氧化硫尾气。本发明的方法不仅能够实现氰化尾渣二次铝灰整体脱毒,同时制备胶凝材料,而且能够回收氰化尾渣中的贵金属,从而实现氰化尾渣和二次铝灰向无害化、规模化、资源化路径发展。
