The invention discloses a method for preparing single-doped waste concrete aggregate by using building solid wastes. According to the invention, the recycled aggregate is subjected to different modification treatments, so that the bonding strength and the interface bonding property of the recycled aggregate and cement paste are improved, and meanwhile, the concrete aggregate is endowed with different properties and functions including magnetism, fluorescence, intelligence and the like by adding different additives; therefore, the single-doped waste concrete aggregate with high strength, high durability and high functionality is manufactured and is used for various application scenes including building construction, road engineering, building decoration, anti-seismic buildings and intelligent control. The invention further provides an optimization algorithm based on the genetic algorithm, and the optimization algorithm is used for solving the optimal mix proportion of the single-doped waste concrete aggregate so as to achieve the purpose of minimizing cost and environmental influence.
