Interface enhanced asphalt mixture
The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, in particular to an interface enhanced asphalt mixture, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 57 to 72 parts of coarse aggregate, 20 to 32 parts of fine aggregate, 2 to 5 parts of filler, 4.5 to 5.5 parts of asphalt cement and 0.5 to 1.0 part of interface improver by adopting a step-by-step mixing method. Compared with the traditional lime, cement or chemical anti-stripping agent, the interface enhancing agent provided by the interface enhanced asphalt mixture provided by the invention not only can obviously enhance the adhesive force of the asphalt and aggregate interface, but also can maintain the section adhesion enhancing and maintaining effect for a long time; the technical problem that the adhesion effect of the aggregate and asphalt is easy to lose efficacy is effectively solved, and the water damage resistance of the asphalt mixture is enhanced; meanwhile, preparation is conducted through a step-by-step mixing method, good contact can be formed between the interface improver and the aggregate, and the interface enhancing effect is further ensured.
本发明涉及道路工程技术领域,具体是一种界面增强型沥青混合料,包括以下重量份的原料:粗集料57‑72份、细集料20‑32份、填料2‑5份、沥青胶结料4.5‑5.5份和界面提升剂0.5‑1.0份,采用分步拌合法制备而成。本发明提供的界面增强型沥青混合料,提供的界面提升剂与传统的石灰、水泥或化学类抗剥落剂相比,不仅可以显著提升沥青与集料界面的附着力,而且可以保持较长时间的截面黏附提升保持效果,有效解决了集料与沥青粘附效果容易失效的技术难题,增强了沥青混合料的抗水损害能力;同时,通过使用分步拌合法进行制备,能够使界面提升剂与集料之间形成良好接触,进一步确保界面增强效果。
