The invention discloses a preparation method of a SiO2 aerogel composite inorganic vitrified microbead insulation board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a porous vitrified microbead insulation board by using a large amount of an air entraining agent, preparing an emulsion-containing SiO2 aerogel paste material, and carrying out a vacuum impregnation composite preparation process on the porous vitrified microbead insulation board and the SiO2 aerogel paste material. According to the preparation method, by utilizing the application characteristic of the air entraining agent in the vitrified micro-bead thermal insulation mortar and the film-forming sealing characteristic of the emulsion-containing aerogel paste, the prepared SiO2 aerogel composite vitrified micro-bead thermal insulation board is small in heat conductivity coefficient, low in water absorption rate, relatively low in cost and suitable for fireproof thermal insulation projects such as walls of buildings, roofs of the buildings, refrigeration houses and boilers.
本发明公开了一种SiO2气凝胶复合无机玻化微珠保温板的制备方法,包括下列内容:使用较大量的引气剂用于多孔玻化微珠保温板的制备、含乳液SiO2气凝胶膏料的制备,以及多孔玻化微珠保温板与SiO2气凝胶膏料真空浸渍复合制备工艺。该制备方法,利用引气剂在玻化微珠保温砂浆中应用特点,以及含乳液气凝胶膏的成膜封闭特性,制备得到的SiO2气凝胶复合玻化微珠保温板,导热系数小、吸水率低、成本相对较低,适用于建筑物的墙体及楼房屋面、冷库、锅炉等防火保温工程。
