The invention discloses a solid waste-based prefabricated part and a preparation method thereof, and the prefabricated part comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass based on 100% of the mass of the prefabricated part: 20%-25% of a cementing material, 15%-20% of coarse aggregate, 30%-35% of fine aggregate, 15%-20% of iron-removed blast furnace slag particles, 0.5%-2% of a water reducing agent and 6%-7.5% of water; the cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 41%-60% of high-titanium blast furnace slag, 25%-41% of steel slag and 10%-18% of desulfurized gypsum on the basis that the mass of the cementing material is 100%. The method has the effect of utilizing the high-titanium blast furnace slag to prepare the prefabricated part.
