The invention relates to a concrete anti-segregation agent and a preparation method thereof, and the concrete anti-segregation agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-400 parts of unsaturated acid; 1000 to 1400 parts of acrylamide and/or a derivative thereof; 20-40 parts of a sulfonic acid functional monomer; 1-3 parts of a thickening functional monomer; 20-40 parts of an oxidizing agent; 2-14 parts of a reducing agent; and water. The concrete anti-segregation agent prepared by the invention is safe in process, stable in storage, easy in condition control and easy for industrial production.
本发明涉及一种混凝土抗离析剂及其制备方法，一种混凝土抗离析剂，以重量份数计，所述混凝土抗离析剂包括：不饱和酸200～400份；丙烯酰胺和/或其衍生物1000～1400份；磺酸功能单体20～40份；增稠功能单体1～3份；氧化剂20～40份；还原剂2～14份；及水。本发明制备的混凝土抗离析剂，工艺安全，储存稳定，条件容易控制，易于工业化生产。
