The spillway comprises a spillway bottom surface, a spillway inner wall surface and a spillway top surface; comprising a side wall reinforcing shell, a bottom plate reinforcing shell and an energy release assembly, the side wall reinforcing shell is detachably installed on the inner wall face of the spillway, the bottom plate reinforcing shell is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the spillway, and the energy release assembly is arranged on the side wall reinforcing shell and used for releasing water impact energy.
