The device comprises a pushing and pressing component, a reinforcement component, a positioning frame, a limiting steel ring and a slurry storage bag; a main body of the pushing and pressing part is a pushing and pressing steel pipe, transverse limiting stoppers are fixed to the outer wall of the pushing and pressing steel pipe at intervals, porous steel pipes with square openings serve as a main body of the reinforced part, the porous steel pipes are hinged through connecting bolts fixed to steel sleeves, and limiting steel rings are embedded into the inner wall of the pile end of the pipe pile. The lower end of the pushing and pressing steel pipe is connected with the reinforced part, and the slurry storage bag is arranged at the lower end of the pushing and pressing part and used for providing slurry for the porous steel pipe; the positioning frame is arranged at the lower end of the porous steel pipe; the positioning frame is temporarily fixed to the porous steel pipe through a rubber ferrule. The interaction force between the pile end of the pipe pile and the surrounding soil body is increased, the vertical compression resistance and uplift bearing capacity of the pipe pile is improved, the pile foundation work amount can be reduced, and meanwhile the vertical bearing capacity of the existing pipe pile can be rapidly improved.
