The invention discloses a cast-in-situ bored pile hole wall protection system and method.The wall protection system comprises a plurality of pile holes excavated in a soil foundation at intervals, a supporting barrel is assembled in each pile hole and extends into the pile hole along with drilling of a drilling machine, the lower end of each supporting barrel is 45-76 cm away from the bottom of the corresponding pile hole, and the upper end of each supporting barrel extends out of an upper end opening of the corresponding pile hole; an upper pressing sleeve is assembled at the upper end of each supporting barrel and inserted into a soil foundation at the upper end of a pile hole, the upper end of each supporting barrel is connected with an annular pipe, the annular pipes are communicated with the bottom of the pile hole through the supporting barrels, and the annular pipes on the supporting barrels are communicated with a main drainage pipe. According to the method, a drilling machine is used for drilling a soil foundation, and the supporting cylinder is lowered into a drilled pile hole synchronously, so that the purpose of supporting the inner wall of the pile hole in real time is achieved.
