The invention belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a method for reinforcing a process pipeline in a soft soil layer, which comprises the following steps of: treating a foundation by adopting mixing piles along the arrangement direction of the process pipeline so as to reduce differential settlement; the backfilling range between the side slope of the foundation pit and the structure is backfilled with the bubble mixed light soil below the installation position of the process pipeline, so that the process pipeline can be well supported, settlement of soil in the backfilling range is reduced, and leakage of the process pipeline caused by uneven settlement between the process pipeline and the structure is avoided; when the process pipeline is installed, the connecting end on the process pipeline is reinforced, so that the strength of the connecting end is enhanced, and differential settlement can be reduced; and the backfilling range between the foundation pit slope and the structure is backfilled with medium-coarse sand and backfilled to the preset height, so that the bearing capacity and stability of a soil body in the backfilling range are improved, and differential settlement is reduced.
