The invention discloses a rural pipe network water supply and drainage pipeline isolation structure which comprises an isolation well, an isolation mechanism used for isolating pipelines is arranged in the isolation well, and the isolation mechanism comprises a notch, a water supply pipe, a through groove, a drainage pipe and a partition plate; a notch is formed in the outer side surface of the lower end of the isolation well, and the water supply pipe is arranged in the notch; a through groove is formed in one side of the upper end of the isolation well. The invention aims at the condition that drain pipes intersect at the upper end of a water supply pipe; a better isolation structure is arranged between the drainage pipe and the water supply pipe; pollution of the water supply pipe caused by leakage of the drainage pipe can be effectively prevented; the device has a basic isolation function; the water supply pipe can be timely turned off when leakage occurs at the cross position; the condition that polluted water of the water supply pipe is transmitted to a user side is avoided; prompt information is sent to the control terminal; a worker is prompted to know that the drain pipe leaks; and timely maintenance and inspection are needed.
