The invention discloses a compaction degree nondestructive detection device and method for a dynamic compaction treatment foundation. The detection device comprises a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor, an attitude sensor, a data transmission system and a data processing system. A data acquisition sensor is additionally arranged on a common rammer for construction, the pressure and displacement data of a foundation fully rammed for the last time are obtained to obtain the rebound modulus, the compaction degree distribution of the whole site is calculated through a corresponding formula of the compaction degree and the rebound modulus measured through a sand filling method, and then the dynamic compaction treatment effect is evaluated. According to the method, original dynamic compaction equipment is locally modified, special detection is not needed, and time and labor are saved. During construction, nondestructive testing of the compaction degree of the soil body of the foundation treated through dynamic compaction can be achieved, and the detection range is completely covered without dead corners. The device can be widely applied to detection of dynamic compaction treatment effects of foundations of municipal administration, roads, railways, water conservancy, buildings and the like.
本发明公开了一种强夯处治地基的压实度无损检测装置和方法,所述检测装置包括:压力传感器、位移传感器、姿态传感器、数据传输系统和数据处理系统。通过对施工普通夯锤加装数据采集传感器,获得最后一遍满夯地基压力、位移数据来获得回弹模量,通过灌砂法测得的压实度与回弹模量的对应公式,推算整个场地的压实度分布,进而评价强夯处治效果。本发明在原来强夯设备上进行局部改装,不需要专门进行检测,省时省力。施工的同时就可以实现对强夯处治地基土体压实度进行无损检测,且检测范围全覆盖无死角。可广泛应用于市政、公路、铁路、水利、建筑等地基强夯处治效果检测中。
