Variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply system
The invention relates to the technical field of water supply systems, and discloses a variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply system which comprises a water storage tank system and a controller. The water storage tank system is arranged at the highest position of each water supply vertical pipe and is used for storing pressure water with a certain adjusting volume, detecting the pressure change of the closed high-level water storage tank caused by the volume change of the pressure water and sending a corresponding signal to the controller; the controller is arranged in the water supply machine room and used for receiving corresponding signals sent by the closed high-level water storage tank and controlling the water supply unit to start/stop. The problem that a large amount of electric energy is wasted due to continuous pressure maintaining shutdown of the water supply system is avoided; the problem of heating of a water supply unit of the water pump is fundamentally solved, meanwhile, the probability of'dry grinding 'in operation of the water pump when no water is used is greatly reduced, mechanical abrasion of the water pump is reduced, and the mechanical life of the water pump is prolonged.
本发明涉及供水系统技术领域,公开了一种变频恒压供水系统,包括:储水罐系统和控制器;储水罐系统设置在每个给水立管的最高处,用于储存一定调节容积的压力水,以及检测压力水容积变化导致的密闭高位储水罐压力变化并向控制器发送相应信号;控制器设置于供水机房内,用于接收密闭高位储水罐发送的相应信号,控制供水机组启动/停止。本发明使供水系统避免了不停的保压停机从而浪费大量电能的问题;延长了水泵的机械寿命,根本上解决了水泵供水机组发热的问题,同时大大降低了没有用水量时水泵运行“干磨”的概率,降低了水泵机械磨损延长其机械寿命。
