The invention discloses a waterproof treatment method for a deformation joint of an underground space structure, which comprises the following steps of: 1, when steel bars of a pair of top plates on the two sides of the deformation joint are erected, mounting a first water-stop belt at a preset position of the deformation joint, and respectively extending the two sides of the first water-stop belt along the length direction into the steel bars of the two top plates and fixing the first water-stop belt on the steel bars; secondly, formworks are erected on the reinforcing steel bars of the top plates respectively; thirdly, concrete is poured into the formworks of the top plates; and 4, after the concrete is solidified, filling materials are injected into gaps between the first water-stop belt and the top plates so as to seal the gaps between the first water-stop belt and the underground space structure.
