The invention discloses a deep foundation pit edge reverse middle forward half reverse construction method, which relates to the field of underground engineering, and comprises the following steps: 1) constructing fender posts and a waterproof curtain; (2) first-stage earth excavation is conducted to the bottom of a first-layer beam-slab structure concrete cushion layer of the basement; (3) excavating earthwork in a second stage according to a two-stage slope, and retaining passive earth for back pressure; (4) after basin-type excavation of the middle area is completed, basement bottom plate skip construction and wall column structure sequential construction are conducted; (5) steel pipe formwork supports are erected on the bottom plate and the peripheral sloping area; (6) after the design strength is achieved, the steel pipe formwork support is dismantled; (7) the soil forming die cushion layer is removed; (8) treating a gap between the post-poured basement first-layer wall column structure and the pre-constructed basement first-layer wall column structure; and (9) sealing a reserved soil sampling opening of the first-layer beam-slab structure of the basement. The construction technology of the basement with the periphery reserved soil back pressure and reverse construction and the basement with the middle pot type excavation and sequential construction has mature theoretical basis and successful practical experience.
本发明公开了一种深基坑边逆中顺半逆作施工方法,涉及地下工程领域,包括如下步骤:1)施工围护桩及止水帷幕;2)第一阶段土方开挖至地下室一层梁板结构混凝土垫层底部;3)第二阶段土方按两级放坡开挖,留置被动土反压;4)中间区域盆式开挖完成后进行地下室底板跳仓法施工及墙柱结构顺作施工;5)在底板及四周放坡区域搭设钢管支模架;6)达到设计强度后,拆除钢管支模架;7)拆除土胎模垫层;8)后浇的地下室一层墙柱结构与先行施工的地下室一层墙柱结构之间的缝隙处理;9)地下室一层梁板结构预留取土口封闭。本发明所用周边留土反压逆作施工地下室及中间盆式开挖顺作施工地下室的施工技术具有成熟的理论依据和成功的实践经验。
