The invention belongs to the technical field of stair construction, and particularly relates to an old cantilever prefabricated floor reconstruction construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, determining a cutting area according to requirements of a design drawing, and popping up an edge line needing to be cut on the surface of a floor by using an ink line; 2, cleaning the site of the peripheral area of the floor slab, and cutting by adopting a concrete cutting machine; 3, after cutting is completed, the concrete blocks are conveyed to the floor of a lower floor; 4, concrete constructional columns are additionally arranged on the two sides, close to the floor, of the steel ladder; 5, the floor slab is reinforced; 6, measuring and determining the mounting position of the steel ladder; seventhly, a steel ladder is installed, welded and fixed; and in the step 5, the bearing capacity meeting the standard requirement can be provided for the platform plate with insufficient bearing capacity after cutting. Compared with the prior art, the improved stair can be safer and more durable, and structural stress safety is guaranteed.
