The monitor is fixed on the 10kV ring main unit and faces the permanent magnet, and comprises a main control module, an alarm module and a door magnetic sensor; the door magnetic sensor senses the distance between the door magnetic sensor and the permanent magnet, and triggers an induction signal to the main control module after judging that the distance exceeds a preset distance; wherein the preset distance is the distance between the permanent magnet and the door magnetic sensor when the mechanical padlock is in a locked state; when the main control module receives an induction signal triggered by the door magnetic sensor, an alarm signal is generated and sent to the alarm module; the alarm module receives the alarm signal and gives an alarm.
