The invention relates to a colored zirconia dental restoration prepared based on zirconia powder properties and a preparation method thereof, the method comprises the following steps: firstly determining the properties of a white zirconia powder raw material and whether the white zirconia powder raw material is granulated powder, and then adopting different coloring modes according to the properties of the powder raw material, the white zirconia powder raw material is non-granulated powder, and the white zirconia powder raw material is non-granulated powder. Adding a coloring oxide accounting for 0.1-5% of the mass of the raw materials, and mechanically and uniformly mixing to obtain colored zirconium oxide powder; the powder raw material is granulation powder, a coloring solution accounting for 1-10% of the mass of the raw material is uniformly sprayed, and the coloring zirconia powder is obtained through drying; and forming, pre-sintering, cutting and finally sintering to obtain the colored zirconia ceramic restoration. According to the method, different coloring modes are adopted on the basis of different properties of the zirconium oxide powder raw material, it can be ensured that the obtained colored zirconium oxide powder is uniform in color and luster, the prepared colored zirconium oxide dental restoration is more uniform in color and can be subjected to personalized coloring, and compared with a colored zirconium oxide powder raw material, the needed material cost is low.
本发明涉及基于氧化锆粉体性质制备的彩色氧化锆牙科修复体及其制备方法，所述方法，先确定白色氧化锆粉体原料的性质，是否为造粒粉，再依据粉体原料的性质采用不同的着色方式，其白色氧化锆粉体原料为非造粒粉，按照原料质量的0.1～5％添加着色氧化物，机械混合均匀，获得着色氧化锆粉体；粉体原料为造粒粉，按照原料质量的1～10％均匀喷洒着色溶液，并干燥获得着色氧化锆粉体；经成型、预烧结、切削、终烧结，获得彩色氧化锆陶瓷修复体。本方法基于氧化锆粉体原料的性质不同采用不同着色方式，能够确保获得的着色氧化锆粉体色泽均匀，使得制备的彩色氧化锆牙科修复体呈色更均匀且可以进行个性化着色，相比彩色氧化锆粉体原料，所需材料成本较低。
