Alumina fiber ceramic tile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an alumina fiber ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of functional materials. The method for preparing the alumina fiber ceramic tile comprises the following steps: (1) weaving 2.5 D satin weave by taking glass fibers as outer layer warp yarns of the tile, alumina fibers as inner layer warp yarns of the tile and alumina fibers as weft yarns, and integrally forming through barrel-shaped weaving to obtain a protective cover; (2) placing the alumina fiber felt in a protective cover, and sewing an opening of the protective cover to obtain a preform; and (3) placing the prefabricated body in a mold of the tile, fixing the prefabricated body into the shape of the tile, pouring a resin solution into the mold, and performing hot-pressing curing molding to obtain the alumina fiber ceramic tile. The alumina fiber ceramic tile prepared by the invention has good thermal shock resistance and mechanical properties, and can be used for gas turbines.
本发明公开了一种氧化铝纤维陶瓷瓦片及其制备方法,属于功能材料领域。本发明所述的制备氧化铝纤维陶瓷瓦片的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)以玻璃纤维为瓦片外层经纱,以氧化铝纤维为瓦片内层经纱,氧化铝纤维为纬纱,编织2.5D缎纹组织,通过桶形编织一体成型,得到保护罩;(2)将氧化铝纤维毡置于保护罩中,将保护罩的开口缝合,得到预制体;(3)将预制体置于瓦片的模具固定为瓦片的形状,在模具中倒入树脂溶液,通过热压固化成型,得到氧化铝纤维陶瓷瓦片。本发明制备的氧化铝纤维陶瓷瓦片具有良好的抗热震性能和力学性能,能用于燃气轮机。
