The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel linings, and particularly discloses corrosion-resistant shotcrete for a subsea tunnel and a corrosion-resistant shotcrete anchor construction method. According to the corrosion-resistant shotcrete, the multi-ion corrosion resistance of the shotcrete is obviously improved by reasonably selecting and matching the components, especially the ternary corrosion-resistant nano admixture consisting of the active nanoparticles, the volcanic ash active admixture and the corrosion-resistant organic salt. The corrosion-resistant nano admixture can also be used for preparing a corrosion-resistant grouting material so as to protect a metal anchor rod body. According to the corrosion-resistant shotcrete construction method based on the corrosion-resistant shotcrete, the dual performance advantages of the corrosion-resistant shotcrete and the corrosion-resistant corrosion-resistant hollow grouting anchor rod are combined, and the problems of corrosion spalling and chlorine salt erosion damage of a steel member in the prior art are solved; and the construction effect is guaranteed, the advantages of high later-stage service strength, low steel member corrosion risk, high ion corrosion resistance and the like are achieved, and the comprehensive corrosion resistance of primary support is improved.
本发明属于隧道衬砌技术领域,尤其公开了一种海底隧道用耐腐蚀喷射混凝土及一种耐腐蚀喷锚施工方法。该耐腐蚀喷射混凝土通过合理选择搭配各组分,尤其由活性纳米颗粒、火山灰活性掺合料以及耐腐蚀有机盐组成的三元耐腐蚀纳米掺合料,明显改善了喷射混凝土的抗多离子侵蚀性能。该耐腐蚀纳米掺合料还可用于配制耐腐蚀注浆料,以保护金属锚杆杆体。基于上述耐腐蚀喷射混凝土的耐腐蚀喷锚施工方法,结合耐腐蚀喷射混凝土与耐腐蚀阻锈型中空注浆锚杆双重性能优势,从现有技术中钢构件锈蚀胀裂与氯盐侵蚀破坏问题两方面出发解决,保证了施工效果具有后期服役强度高、钢构件锈蚀风险低、抗离子侵蚀性能强等优势,提高了初期支护的耐腐蚀综合性能。
