The invention relates to an early-strength admixture for sprayed concrete and a use method of the early-strength admixture. The early-strength admixture comprises Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement, gypsum, anhydrous sodium sulphate, sodium nitrite, a rapid hardening agent, a water reducing agent, tartaric acid and the like. Wherein the components comprise 130-165 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 5-10 parts of gypsum, 40-55 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 20-35 parts of sodium nitrite, 40-60 parts of a rapid hardening agent, 8-12 parts of a water reducing agent, 2.9-4.2 parts of tartaric acid and the balance of Portland cement, and the total preparation amount is 1000 parts. When the early-strength admixture is used for forming concrete, the strength of sprayed concrete doped with an accelerator is much higher than that of sprayed concrete doped with the accelerator without remaining for 2 hours under the condition that slump retaining is observed after 2 hours and construction requirements are met, the compressive strength in 8 hours is 30 times higher, and the compressive strength in 24 hours is 4 times higher.
本发明涉及一种喷射混凝土用早强掺合料及其使用方法,早强掺合料包括硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、石膏、元明粉、亚硝酸钠、快硬剂、减水剂、酒石酸等组分,其中硫铝酸盐水泥130~165份、石膏5~10份、元明粉40~55份、亚硝酸钠20~35份、快硬剂40~60份、减水剂8~12份、酒石酸2.9~4.2份、其余为硅酸盐水泥,配制总量为1000份。使用本发明早强掺合料成型混凝土时,在留置2h观察保坍满足施工要求情况下掺入速凝剂的喷射混凝土强度比未留置2h直接掺入速凝剂的高很多,其中8h抗压强度高出30倍多,24h抗压强度高出4倍多。
