High-strength low-density ceramsite proppant and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-strength low-density ceramsite proppant and a preparation method thereof. The proppant comprises the following raw materials: bauxite, oil-based rock debris deoiling residues and red mud in a mass ratio of (66-86): (10-30): (0-10), the content of the red mud is not 0, and the proppant further comprises metal powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials according to the mass ratio, then adding the mixture into a granulator, and meanwhile, spraying atomized water for granulation to prepare formed pellets; and drying the formed pellets, carrying out temperature programming treatment, and cooling to obtain the high-strength low-density ceramsite proppant. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that the oil-based rock debris deoiling residues and the red mud are added as main additives, the preparation cost of the ceramsite proppant is remarkably reduced, the operation is simple, and meanwhile, a new way for high value-added utilization of the oil-based rock debris deoiling residues and the red mud is also developed; the resource recycling of turning the oil-based rock debris deoiling residues and the red mud into wealth is realized, and the problems of solid waste accumulation and environmental pollution are reduced.
本发明涉及一种高强低密陶粒支撑剂及其制备方法。该支撑剂的原材料包括质量比为(66‑86):(10‑30):(0‑10)的铝矾土、油基岩屑脱油残渣和赤泥,其中赤泥的含量不为0,还包括金属粉。制备方法包括以下步骤:按质量比,将原材料混合后加入造粒机中,同时喷入雾状水进行造粒,制得成型料球;将成型料球干燥后,进行程序升温处理,冷却后得到高强低密陶粒支撑剂。与现有技术相比,本发明添加油基岩屑脱油残渣及赤泥为主要添加剂,显著降低了陶粒支撑剂的制备成本,并且操作简单,同时也开发了一条油基岩屑脱油残渣和赤泥高附加值利用的新途径,实现了油基岩屑脱油残渣和赤泥变废为宝的资源化再生利用,减少固体废物堆积及环境污染问题。
