And injecting the foam slurry into a grinding tool for casting molding, demolding, naturally drying, and preserving heat at 900-1200 DEG C for 3-6 hours to prepare the light heat-insulating refractory brick. Solid waste phosphogypsum, solid waste coal gangue and sludge can be consumed on a large scale, and the prepared light heat-insulating brick is low in volume density, high in strength, low in heat conductivity coefficient and small in permanent linear change and has a wide market prospect of being applied to serving at the temperature of 1200 DEG C or below.
本发明涉及一种轻质隔热耐火砖及其工艺,将一定比例的磷石膏粉、煤矸石粉、淤泥粉、莫来石粉、碳酸钙粉、双峰氧化铝粉、硅灰、莫来石纤维、预烧结模版剂混合均匀后,外加速凝剂、分散剂、结合剂和水,搅拌均匀,向泥浆中添加预制的泡沫搅拌均匀,将泡沫泥浆注入磨具浇注成型,脱模后自然干燥后,于900~1200℃保温3~6h,制备出轻质隔热耐火砖。本发明能大规模消纳固废磷石膏、固废煤矸石和淤泥,制备的轻质隔热砖的体密低、强度高、导热系数低、永久线变化小,具有应用于1200℃以下服役的广阔市场前景。
