The foam concrete is adopted, so that the alkalinity of the concrete is reduced, and the adhesiveness of marine organisms is improved; the scallop shells and the rice straws are added, so that the resource utilization of biomass is realized, and the carbon sequestration capability and the impact resistance of the artificial fish reef are also enhanced.
