The invention discloses an air entraining retaining type water reducing agent based on special molecular weight distribution and a preparation method thereof. The water reducing agent is prepared from an isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether monomer, isoester, an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent and an initiator through a free radical polymerization reaction. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding a polyoxyethylene ether monomer and water into a reaction kettle, heating to 60-70 DEG C, stirring to obtain a monomer solution, adding half of an initiator, reacting for 1-2 hours at a constant temperature, dropwise adding a solution A prepared by mixing unsaturated carboxylic acid, isoester and water and a solution B prepared by mixing a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent and water at a constant speed, and reacting for 1-2 hours at a constant temperature; and uniformly adding the residual initiator in 3-5 times in the dropwise adding process of the solution A, then preserving heat for 20-30 minutes, and adding water to adjust the solid content of the polycarboxylic acid water reducer to 50%. 本发明公开了一种基于特殊分子量分布的引气保持型减水剂及其制备方法,所述减水剂由异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚单体、异构酯、不饱和羧酸单体、还原剂、链转移剂、引发剂通过自由基聚合反应制成;所述制备方法为:首先将聚氧乙烯醚单体和水加入反应釜,升温至60‑70℃,搅拌得到单体溶液,加入二分之一的引发剂,恒温反应1‑2小时,之后匀速滴加由不饱和羧酸、异构酯与水混合配制的A液及由还原剂、链转移剂与水混合配制的B液,剩余引发剂在A液滴加过程中均匀分3‑5次加入,然后保温20‑30分钟,加水调节聚羧酸减水剂固含量至50%。本发明的基于特殊分子量分布的引气保持型减水剂能够明显提升混凝土的引气性能和引气保持能力,含气量损失小、且引气能力可调节。
