The invention discloses a method for renovating shaking of a high-speed train based on steel rail polishing. According to the principle, firstly, vehicle body vibration frequency is obtained through addition and multiplication, a vehicle-track coupling dynamic model is established based on vehicle dynamic software, actual working conditions of the phenomenon are simulated, multiple groups of different steel rail abrasion profiles are designed, and the vehicle body vibration frequency when the vehicle passes through the different steel rail abrasion profiles of the line is simulated; and vehicle body vibration frequencies corresponding to different steel rail abrasion profiles are obtained, then the corresponding steel rail abrasion profile is selected according to the actual vehicle body vibration frequencies, then different angle grinding amounts of the steel rail are calculated with reference to a brand new profile, and grinding construction operation is carried out. According to the method, a steel rail profile instrument does not need to be used for measuring the profile of the steel rail, the on-site steel rail profile is reversely deduced according to the vibration frequency of the train body, then the steel rail is polished, and the shaking treatment of the high-speed train is achieved.
本发明公开一种基于钢轨打磨对高速列车抖晃车整治方法。依据的原理是首先通过添乘得到车体振动频率,基于车辆动力学软件建立车辆‑轨道耦合动力学模型,模拟现象实际工况,设计出多组不同钢轨磨耗廓形,仿真车辆通过线路不同钢轨磨耗廓形时车体振动频率,得到不同钢轨磨耗廓形对应的车体振动频率,然后根据实际的车体振动频率选出对应的钢轨磨耗廓形,然后参考全新廓形计算出钢轨不同角度打磨量,进行打磨施工作业。本发明方法不需要使用钢轨廓形仪对钢轨廓形进行测量,根据车体振动频率反推现场钢轨廓形,进而对钢轨进行打磨,实现对高速列车抖晃车整治。
