The mixing mechanism comprises a cross fixedly connected with the ring seat; a plurality of foaming cavities are arranged in the mixing mechanism, matrix asphalt is subjected to small-amount and multiple-time foaming through the multiple foaming cavities, meanwhile, the matrix asphalt in the multiple foaming cavities can be foamed at the same time, the amount of foamed asphalt is effectively controlled, it is guaranteed that the matrix asphalt and water are fully combined, and the foaming efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, when the matrix asphalt is heated by the combustor, the dissipated waste heat is convenient to preheat the regenerated aggregate in the rotary drum, so that the cyclic utilization of resources is realized.
本发明涉及一种再生泡沫沥青制备方法及其制备装置，包括基座、环座、转筒和混合机构，所述基座两端均安装有环座，且两个环座内部转动安装有转筒，所述转筒内壁设置有若干个搅拌爪和卸料板，所述转筒内部安装有混合机构，所述混合机构包括与环座固定连接的十字架；在混合机构内设置多个发泡腔，通过多个发泡腔实现对基质沥青进行少量多次发泡，同时能够实现多个发泡腔内的基质沥青同时发泡，有效控制发泡沥青量，保证基质沥青与水充分结合，提高发泡效率，同时通过燃烧器对基质沥青加热的同时，散出的余热便于对转筒内的再生集料进行预热操作，实现资源的循环利用。
