The invention provides a highway pavement construction quality detection method, which belongs to the technical field of highway construction quality detection, and is characterized in that a row of end faces are arranged in the transverse direction of a pavement in an extending manner and are in vertical sliding contact with each other; all the discs are driven to move forwards together in the extending direction of the road surface, the discs always make contact with the road surface due to the dead weight and ascend and descend along with fluctuation of the road surface, and a series of curves arranged from top to bottom are drawn on a marking belt which moves forwards together with the discs through a plurality of marking elements connected to the discs; after the disc moves to the end of the road surface, the marking belt is taken down, the morphological changes of all the curves on the marking belt are observed, and if all the curves are straight lines or zigzag lines with the up-down fluctuation not exceeding the design requirement, it is judged that the curve is qualified; and when a plurality of curves are provided with sawtooth lines with fluctuation exceeding the design requirement, the curve is judged to be unqualified. According to the invention, the quality condition of the pavement construction flatness can be accurately and comprehensively detected.
本发明提供了一种公路路面施工质量检测方法,属于公路施工质量检测技术领域,在路面的横向上绵延设置一行端面彼此竖直滑动接触;驱动所有圆盘顺着路面延伸的方向一起向前移动,圆盘因为自重而始终要与路面接触,随着路面的起伏而升降,使得圆盘上连接的若干个标记元件在与圆盘一起向前运动的一张标记带上绘制出一系列的由上至下布置的多条曲线;当圆盘运动至路面尽头之后,取下标记带,观察标记带上的所有曲线的形态变化,若是全部曲线均为直线,或者呈上下波动不超过设计要求的锯齿线时,判定为合格;当其中若干条曲线上具有上下波动超过设计要求的锯齿线时,则判定为不合格。本发明可以较为准确而全面地检测出路面施工平整度的质量状况。
