When no rainfall occurs, the air bag is contained in the anchoring groove, and driving is not affected; on rainy days, under the condition that the entrance and the exit of the tunnel do not have implementation humps, the water retaining effect can be effectively achieved, the tunnel is practically protected from being flooded by water, external water is prevented from entering the tunnel, meanwhile, the water retaining effect can be achieved as an auxiliary road hump, and the drainage safety is improved.
